    Remember to hit the 'NEW TOPIC' button if you are starting a new topic - for example a new bit of news or posting you biog.
    If you are replying to a post hit the 'NEW REPLY' button - it will then get tagged onto the end of the thread you are talking in.

    Also, for some reason if you give the subject a title it has to be 10 characters or more - don't ask me why, I didn't make the rules......
