Ok gang, here is a link to the Lulu book.
It is not finished - why? Because only about half of you have sent me your pages.
Why am I posting it half done - to encourage the rest of you to post me something. Also, you can see how it is coming along and the general style.
It has not been proof read yet - so it will be full of errors - let me know if you spot any.
